Our A/C just stopped working today. We called James and he came over in less then 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in 20 minutes talk about Service! We highly recommend him and his company and the price was beyond fair.

Called Friday with an air conditioner not working. Was told they couldn't come out until Saturday. They ended coming same day to diagnose the problem. I needed a new part. They picked up first thing Saturday morning. I was up and running shortly after 9 AM. Great service.

We live in the Copperleaf neighborhood of Aurora, and they were fantastic! Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They came out the same day we called. They were quick to identify, replaced one element, and they were out in no time! James was upfront about the costs, super nice and efficient. Great! Have my HVAC service company for my house now!

I called Alpha for a possible dishwasher repair. Instead of just sending someone out and charging me, they spent a good amount of time with me on the phone asking about the symptoms. They let me know that, from what I told them, it would be a waste of my money to have a diagnostic and that most likely we need to replace our (very old) dishwasher. Thank you Alpha for your honesty and professionalism, I really appreciate it! We will be getting a new dishwasher, and will be only calling you if anything needs fixing. Thank you again.

I had Alpha Appliance Service come out to repair my ice maker. The tech was extremely friendly and showed me the problem, which was a frozen water line. After the repair I was not charged any additional amount due to not having to have parts. I would highly recommend Alph Appliance very professional and friendly, I will use them in the future.

James with Alpha All Appliance is a great guy! We were stuck on a super cold night with a dead furnace and I could not track down the part to fix it and keep my family warm. I was worried about freezing pipes too. James came by way past normal business hours, had the right part and installed it in a snap. He was friendly and professional and charged us less than any of the big outfits even though he was working super late. He definitely helped us have a better night and Christmas season, can't say enough good things about him! Thanks James, we will be using you for all our appliance repairs, we now have "a guy."
